Em. Prof. Theo Wiggers (MD, PhD), Theo Wiggers is a renowned surgeon and an entrepreneur. Throughout his career, Wiggers has been dedicated to innovating surgical techniques, improving patient outcomes and to education. He worked as the Head of the Department of Surgical Oncology in Rotterdam. In 2000, he became Professor in Surgical Oncology in Groningen. In 2011 he retired from clinical practice and continued his career as a consultant in coaching and interim management. Theo Wiggers founded Incision in 2014, a company on a mission to improve surgical care worldwide. Wiggers believes in sharing surgical skills and making high quality surgical knowledge accessible to everyone.
