Workshops are booked as a package (Tue/Wed/Thu) on a first come first served base. We will reassign you to your second or third choice for the day, if the first chosen workshop is fully booked. Final booking can only be done after payment is received.
Registration for workshops and main conference (Symposium) is separate while payment can be through one transfer. Please refer to the respective bookings on your payment slip.
*We would be grateful if participants from HIC could invite and financially support LMIC participants to attend the congress dinners.
