Subjects
Pediatric inguinal hernia, anatomy of inguinal hernia, MESH and non MESH repair of inguinal hernias.
Objectives
- The participant will understand the anatomy of the inguinal canal.
- The participant will understand the difference between direct and indirect hernia.
- The participant will understand the differences in surgery between pediatric and adult inguinal hernia.
- The participant will practice the anatomy of the inguinal canal via a self made model.
Practicals
Preparation of the inguinal canal and abdominal wall via a self made model.
