Acute gynecology and obstetrics workshop in LMIC

Subjects
Lectures, interactive discussions and practicals in spontaneous vaginal delivery, cesarean section,
obstetric and gynecological emergencies, neonatal resuscitation.
Objectives
This workshop offers an overview primarily focused on obstetrics and, to a lesser extent, gynecology,
tailored for medical professionals, particularly doctors from diverse fields who may encounter
obstetric or gynaecologic issues during their missions.
Practicals
Vaginal deliveries, cesarean section on simulators, suturing of perineal tears, resuscitation in
neonates.
