Judith Lindert (MD) is a consultant Paediatric Surgeon in Rostock Germany and Vice-Chair of the DTC. She is a project leader in Tiny Tanzania- Decentralising Gastroschisis Care, and has a partnership with Muhimbili National Hospital Dar es Salam Hospital. She is chair of the Global Paediatric Surgery Group of the German Society of Paediatric Surgery and founder and Steering Team of ETAT Germany. She has working experience in Burkina Faso, Pakistan, DRC, Malawi, Tanzania and Sierra Leone.
